Current status: Alpha Early.

	Not requesting additional modifications at the moment.
	Note: Some documentation currently in toogstds.htm#clibkt2g
		May need to download that manually to render nicely...
		Such documentation is likely to move here after getting
			it out of table format, after code status stablizes
			a bit (after some further development)

	toogstds.htm and clibs2g/ are currently intended to be used/improved
	neximud/neximud.htm is skeletal stuff that TOOGAM hopes Tril will
		avoid until after TOOGAM converts that into C.
	neximud/test4/ and backups/* are older stuff which may, in the future,
		get reviewed and merged/removed.  They served as some earlier
		experimentations/notes and might be more likely to get cleaned
		out, rather than to be significantly used/developered further
